I accidentally discovered this fantastic recipe when I was making my Chicken Adobo Crepes. This soft and creamy garlic sauce is so affordable, easy to cook, and goes well with salad, chips, bread, steak, or roasted chicken.

Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic, crushed

A box of all-purpose cream

1/4 butter

Chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp of oil

1/4 cup of water

Procedure:

1. In a skillet, melt 1/4 butter and pour 1 tsp of oil over low heat.

2. Add crushed garlic and stir constantly until it turns light brown.

3. Add the remaining ingredients, all-purpose cream and chicken broth into the pan

4. Pour some pepper and salt to taste.

5. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

And you’re DONE!

We’re aiming for a thick consistency here, so if you have poured in too much liquid into the sauce, add flour or cornstarch for the sauce to thicken.
