The Christmas season is here again! My family and I cannot resist our excitement for our favorite holiday to come! In fact, at this early, we’re done listing our menu for Noche Buena. I’ll be making the desserts and definitely a cheesecake will be part of that festive dinner!
Cheesecake can be served baked or not. Regardless, cheesecakes are and will always be divine! The marriage of sweetness and sourness of cream cheese is so rich that it can be mixed with almost any kinds of fruit and chocolate!
Today’s recipe is one of the classic recipes of Cheesecake. I modified it a little for personal touch; and as expected, it didn’t disappoint! So, without further adieu, here’s my easy No-bake Strawberry Cheesecake that surely will capture your heart! This recipe will also make a great candidate to your list of Christmas dessert ideas! 🙂
Alright, let’s start with the crust —
I want to give a personal twist to the classic cheesecake recipe so I used Graham Chocolate Biscuits instead of the usual flavor. I used up the entire pack of biscuits for this recipe. I was able to make two separate cakes, one in an 8-inch pan (above photo) and the other in a 9-inch pan.
The cheesecake is very easy to prepare as well! Just mix all ingredients together using a hand mixer and that’s it! Make sure everything is in room temperature before doing so.
